Happy New Year!!!

Yesterday my mother, sister and I spent the day celebrating my mothers birthday. We stayed up until about four in the morning watching movies, eating hot wings and laughing. We had a great time.

Before we left i washed my sisters hair and set it in rollers so that her mohawk would be cute and curly for when school started back.

Wearing my old glasses... she's always in my stuff.

I also washed my hair and did my usual twist out but this time it was much fuller because i got tired and did bigger twist. I like it better this way.

These twist were much thicker and they had more of a wavy effect on my hair.

My mother, sister and I spent the night at my great grandmothers house and it was real interesting to see the old house again now that I am older.

I used to love this chandelier when I was little... when I get my own house I will shop every vintage store I know about until I find one similar.

The wall paper in the bathroom. I love the print and the the purple, pink and silver are great colors for it.

Beautiful grandfather clock in the dining room...

Next time you get the chance to visit an older relatives do so. They tell great stories and their houses are filled with beautiful antiques. Its well worth the time.
