I'm In Love!

Completely by accident. I never thought I could love something so much, but it happened and I'm glad it did. When in Chicago with the little sis, we both decided to stop into the three leveled Forever 21 on Michigan Ave. While she casually looked around for nothing in particular, I collected a few items, that like always I would end up putting back.(sometimes I feel guilty after buying clothes from there) The little sis found this beautiful mustard yellow cardigan that she decided to purchases. While waiting in the line with her at one of the many registrars in the many sections (this store has a men's section and a children's section included in the store) I spotted a decent pair of leggings. They looked good in color and thickness, something $5 dollar leggings seem to lack now-a-days. At $10.80 I thought to myself why not (I needed a new pair anyway). It wasn't until we got back to the hotel and showed Granny our new items that I realized they were maternity pants. But I will admit that it was the best $10.80 I ever purchased.

Straight Leg Pair / Ruched Leg Pair

I loved them so much I went online and bought four more pair. I'll just simply sew them in the waist so they fit better (safety pins can only work for so long). They are really the best pair of leggings I've purchased in a long time and here's why:

Fit: Because I bought the maternity pair, the fit isn't so tight. The leggings are fitting form but not to the point were the fabric is constricting and close to being see-through.

Thickness: They will be perfect for Chicago winter's and like I said previously, they don't have that see-through factor.

Length: I have a hard time finding leggings that go past my ankles and these are beyond the perfect length. (they have extra fabric at the bottom)

Waist: Because I am a curvy girl with a large butt and a small waist I also have a hard time finding pants and bottoms that are high wasted.( I hate the low rider look and I also don't like my butt crack showing when I sit down) These legging come high enough on the waist that I don't have to keep tugging on them so that they come up higher.

Style: These leggings are perfect for any and everything.  If you're going casual, dressed up or work out these  style these are the perfect pair. They are very versatile and will compliment any outfit.

I recommend the maternity leggings(especially if you have a sewing machine to sew the waist in). You will not be disappointed.
