Prom, it was April 16, and my schools theme was Knights at Sea. It was held at Discovery World, this beautiful museum right off our lake front. The night was pretty cold but it was still beautiful and prom was very fun. Like always I dance to every song and as my friend Toya said only sat down once and that was to eat. My dress was vintage from the1920's and fire engine red and I found it at the Goodwill for $7 dollars.
Easter Sunday, woke up and went to church like always. I stayed with my mom's side of the family that week and had fun. I love hanging out and playing with my little brothers.
I think they look so cute all dress-up but it took Marco less then 20 minutes to mess up his shirt.
We tried to take a family picture and this was the best one out of four. ( Devontae my oldest brother, Marco not paying attention, Londyn looking beautiful, Xavier being goofy, and Me lady like.) As you can see the idea was a good idea but clearly wasn't executed right. lol
Easter Outfit:
Dress, Jacket,Purse and Necklace all vintage or thrifted
Heels: Lulu's
Purse. I found it at the Good Will for $5. It is super huge and holds and actual folder and magazine and a whole bunch of other stuff.
Xavier carried his Easter egg every where and still believed there was a baby chicken it there.
He cried when it fell and cracked open a little bit. He thought he had killed his new best friend.
I couldn't get enough of the cute bunny ears on the Easter M&M's
My Step-Mom got a new puppy named CoCo and i love her so much. She is the cutest and funniest puppy I ever meet.
I celebrated my birthday, on May 9, I turned 18. Finally! It was pretty low-key actually. I had birthday cake and went to the movies to see Jumping the Broom, which by the way was really good.
My dress was from Bare Feet Shoes
Same as dress
Necklace from Forever 21
Every year since I was 5 my dad has bought me an Ice Cream Cake. They're my favorite.
This year it was Vanilla ice cream with Red Velvet Cake. It was so good I actually had to shed a tear.
As you can see I had a busy month and a half and this was only then important picture worthy stuff. I hope to never have to make a post this big again.
